1.Download it yourself in the app (fastest)
While you can still sign in, you can export your own record without asking anyone — including us:
- Open the Crewlytics app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Under Your data, tap Export my data.
- Save or share the file when your device offers it.
2.Ask us for a copy
If your access has already ended, or you never had the app, request a copy from us. Send the request from the email address you signed in with where you can — it is the quickest way for us to match you to an account.
We verify who you are before sending anything. A request that arrives from a different address, or that we cannot tie to an account, means we will come back to you for something further before we release any records. That step is not a formality: your work records can include your location at clock-in, so handing them to the wrong person is its own harm.
Request your data
This opens a pre-filled email to our team. Fill in your details and send it.
Email a data requestOr email us directly at support.lantec@gmail.com with the subject “Crewlytics data request”. We aim to respond within a few business days.
3.What a copy of your data contains
Your own record — and only yours:
- your profile details and the company you belonged to;
- your jobsite assignments;
- your time entries, including any that were later deleted, and every change made to them — what changed, when, and who changed it;
- your time-off and time-edit requests, with the decisions on them;
- the chat messages you wrote; and
- the history of what was done to your account.
It does not include your company's roster, your colleagues' time records, equipment, or messages written by anyone else. Those belong to your employer, not to you, and an administrator exports them separately.
4.If your access was ended by an administrator
Administrators at your company can end your access at any time. When that happens we email you to say so, and your records are retained — losing access does not delete anything. We keep who ended your access and when, alongside the records themselves.
We do not put a download link in that email, and this is deliberate. Work email addresses are often controlled by the employer, and a leaving employee's mailbox is routinely disabled or forwarded to a manager. A link that returned your records to whoever opened that mailbox would be a worse outcome than making you ask us. So we ask you to ask, and we verify.
5.Records your employer keeps
Some records are kept because your employer is required to keep them — time entries are payroll records, and retention rules apply to them for years regardless of whether you still work there. That is why your data survives your access ending. Our Crewlytics App Privacy Policy sets out what is retained and for how long.
