This Privacy Policy explains how LanTec AI LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with our website at lantec.ai (the “Site”). We built this Site to respect your privacy.

This Site is a static website. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools, advertising networks, or social-media trackers, and we do not ask you to create an account or fill out forms here. The only information involved is:
- Information you send us. If you contact us by email (for example, at support.lantec@gmail.com), we receive your email address, any name you provide, and the contents of your message.
- Server and technical data. Our Site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like virtually all web hosts, GitHub's servers automatically process standard technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — in order to deliver the Site and protect it against abuse. This processing is carried out by GitHub, not by us, and is governed by the GitHub Privacy Statement.
2.How we use information
We use the information you send us only to:
- respond to your questions and provide support;
- communicate with you about Crewlytics and LanTec AI when you have asked us to; and
- operate, maintain, and secure the Site.
We do not use this information for advertising or automated profiling.
3.How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only:
- with service providers that help us operate the Site — such as our hosting provider (GitHub) and our email provider — who process it on our behalf; and
- where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of LanTec AI LLC or others.
4.Data retention
We keep the emails and messages you send us only as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our legitimate business and record-keeping needs, after which we delete or archive them.
5.Your choices and rights
Because we don't build profiles or maintain accounts on this Site, there is very little data to manage. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. 7.The Crewlytics application
This Policy covers the lantec.ai marketing website. The Crewlytics product — our mobile-first application — is a separate service with its own data practices; if you use Crewlytics, the privacy terms provided with the application apply. 8.Children's privacy
The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9.Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and any significant changes will be reflected here.
