Crewlytics Subscription Terms

Last updated: August 12, 2026

These Subscription Terms cover billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds for a Crewlytics subscription from LanTec AI LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). They form an agreement between us and the company that subscribes (“you”).

In short: Crewlytics is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep full access through the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not refund partial months — but after your subscription ends you keep read-only access for 90 days to export all your timesheets and records, and we never delete your data automatically.

1.What these terms cover

These terms apply to a paid Crewlytics subscription. Crewlytics is sold as a company subscription: one company subscribes, and its administrator invites the crew. There is no individual signup and no charge to the individual people who use the app.

How the app handles personal information is a separate document — see the Crewlytics App Privacy Policy. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

2.Billing and renewal

3.Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no notice period, either from Billing → Manage subscription inside the app or by emailing support.lantec@gmail.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access — including clocking in and out, approvals, and everything else — until that date. We do not cut off access on the day you cancel, because you have already paid for the rest of that month.

4.Refunds

We do not refund partial months. Because cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, you receive the full month of service you were charged for rather than a partial refund of it.

If you were billed in error, that is different, and we will refund it in full. That includes a duplicate charge, a charge taken after we failed to process a cancellation you requested, or a charge at the wrong rate. Email support.lantec@gmail.com and we will make it right.

If something about a charge looks wrong to you, please contact us before disputing it with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster than a dispute can.

5.If a payment fails

A failed payment does not lock you out. When a card is declined, Stripe retries it over roughly the following two weeks, and your team keeps working normally the entire time — a foreman must never be unable to clock a crew in because a card expired at head office.

We will email you so you can update the card from Billing → Manage subscription. Only if the retries are exhausted and the subscription ends does the wind-down in section 6 begin.

6.Your data after your subscription ends

When a subscription ends — whether you cancelled or a payment was never recovered — your account does not disappear:

This matters more than it might sound. Timesheets are payroll records, and as the employer you are legally required to retain them for years after the work is done. Cutting you off from your own records the moment a contract lapses would put you in a difficult position, so we deliberately do not do it.

Individual people can still delete their own personal data at any time, independently of the company's subscription — see Delete your account.

7.Price changes

We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any change to your subscription price takes effect. If you do not want to continue at the new rate, you can cancel before it applies under section 3.

8.Changes to these terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
