1.Delete from inside the app (fastest)
If you have the Crewlytics app installed, the quickest way to delete your account is:
- Open the Crewlytics app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm the two prompts.
2.Request deletion online
Don't have the app handy? Request deletion by email and we'll process it for you. Please send your request from — or clearly include — the email address you use to sign in, so we can verify the account.

This opens a pre-filled email to our team. Fill in your account email and send it.
Email a deletion requestOr email us directly at support.lantec@gmail.com with the subject “Crewlytics account deletion request”. We aim to confirm within a few business days.
3.What gets deleted
When we delete your account, we permanently:
- anonymize your profile details (name, email, phone number);
- delete your voice recordings and their stored audio files;
- remove your registered notification devices; and
- revoke your access and sign you out everywhere.
4.What we may keep
For legal, payroll, and record-keeping reasons, your employer may need to retain certain work records — for example, time entries and audit history. Where we keep such records, we anonymize them so they are no longer linked to your name, email, or phone number. See our Crewlytics App Privacy Policy for details.
